Pappy’s Rendezvous Room first opened in 1946 as The Yacht Club and Rendezvous Room. Before, during, and after prohibition it served as a lounge, speakeasy, and brothel for the fine people of San Pedro. Today Pappy’s Rendezvous Room is a full service lounge, private dining experience, and event space featuring a discreet entrance, private restrooms, a projector, and curated entertainment options. Original marble flooring and rich, navy wood paneled walls create a classic, refined backdrop for private events, both big and small. The décor of the speakeasy-inspired space is a nod to the notorious days of San Pedro’s past. An archived collection of historical photography by Taso Papadakis and original liquor licenses from the 1930’s pay homage to San Pedro’s colorful legacy. Available exclusively for private gatherings, Pappy’s Rendezvous Room’s lounge and dining room over a festive and intimate experience for up to 75 guests.
